New Work - December 2008

Here's the newest of the new work - the largest I've made so far. I like working in this format and I'm going to move on to hollowcore doors. I have some 32"x80" for my next project.

Nancy,

Congrats on the new blog and thanks for the peek into your studio.

Do you know about Pam Farrell's Interactive Studio Blog Project? She's curious about what artists' studios say about them and their work. To that end, she's inviting artists to send in 2 jpegs: one of their studio and one of their work, with an optional short statement.

Here's the link to the blog: www.pfarrellartblog.blogspot.com; and to the specific post in which she issues the call:http://pfarrellartblog.blogspot.com/2008/11/never-let-anyone-into-your-studio.html

Thanks, Joanne. I only rediscovered the blog I made in December 2006 because I became a follower on your blog and saw it listed next to my name. Who knew?

I actually took the photos of my studio (in a working mess) because I intended to send them to Pam Farrell after reading about her project on your blog.

Thanks for the inspirational work on your fabulous blog. You are a true master of the genre.

Hi Nancy, Great blog! And thanks for participating in my ISBP. I'll have your photos up soon. I'll also post a link to your blog on mine.

(And thanks Joanne, for the mention about my ongoing project. I hope others will send in their jpegs. As I said to Nancy, we all seem to have a voyeristic streak in us.)
